Every city writes its rental-license rules differently. Centura does the filing so landlords don't have to learn them. Two agents do the work:
- The research agent reads a city's rules and writes a playbook for filing there.
- The filing agent follows that playbook to draft the application, quoting the evidence behind each answer.
To keep them honest, a test environment hands the agents mock license renewals and scores how accurately they file. Beyond the code, I helped take Centura from idea to a working business: forming the company, hiring the filing team and onboarding customers.
